The Alliance fights to provide stability for children in foster care and those at risk of entering foster care by helping them obtain access to mental and medical healthcare, educational services, benefits, housing, and more.

We provide open-ended, individual psychotherapy, free of charge, to current and former foster youth.

CLC provides consistent, zealous, and effective legal representation for children ages 0-21 in the foster care systems in Los Angeles, Sacramento, and Placer counties in California in all aspects of their dependency court case.

The CA Foster Youth Education Task Force is dedicated to improving educational outcomes for foster youth in California by bringing together subject matter experts representing more than 100 organizations and agencies to engage in cross-systems collaboration.

The Independent Living Program (ILP) provides financial assistance and services to current and former foster/probation youth, 16-20 years of age, who have been determined to be ILP eligible by an ILP Transition Coordinator.

Since mid-2017, the TAY Shop has distributed hundreds of thousands of essential items and new clothing to more than 7,500 transition-aged foster youth in Los Angeles County
